Tagzee Remembered

Islington-based artist, Tagzee, died unexpectedly at the age of 59 in December 2015. Tagzee Remembered was an exhibition in Outpost, Holloway Road and was a tribute to a true original. By Simon Richardson. Tagzee's creativity and love of art began in his childhood but, like so many people, 'real life' intervened and his art making lay dormant for much of his adult life. His artistic creativity was reawakened when his son, James, gave him a book about the graffiti artist, Banksy. Tuesday 26 January, 2016. If you missed out on the My London 2016 calendar we are doing a special promotion with the cafes that hang the Cafe Art paintings! We are very appreciative of the support the artists get from these cafes. Not only do they hang the art for no charge, but they take no commission on any paintings sold (neither does Cafe Art as 100% goes to the artists!).
