Three years, 300 cameras, 9,000 photos. The opening of the exhibition was on Wednesday 6 April and runs until Saturday 9 April. The opening hours are 11am to 6pm. (Please note - unfortunately we are not open on Sunday as previously advertised) This exhibition is not only show the winning photos from the first three years of the Cafe Art Photography Contest, but the photo wall featuring the five photos selected by every participant in the project. London photography project by homeless celebrates success with encore exhibition The RPS-supported photography project involving 100 people affected by homelessness who photographed London last year is being exhibited in Westbourne Grove, London until mid-April. Last year’s project, the third year Café Art have run MyLondon, was a success in many ways. Not only did it go viral online, which not only helped it raise £15,500 in pledges from around the world, but the publicity resulted in partnerships with Sao Paulo, Sydney and Manchester. MyManchester exhibition opens

 Manchester’s largest homelessness day centre, the Booth Centre, launched the MyManchester exhibition last week, featuring photos of Manchester taken by people affected by homelessness on single-use cameras in January.   We are proud to say that the exhibition, in Manchester bookshop / art gallery Chapter One, was inspired by Café Art’s MyLondon and MinhaSao Paulo calendar projects and is officially partnered with Café Art.
