  1. I’m a bit disappointed with this. When I voted for this competition in Spitafields Market most of these photo’s were not there.

    Thanks Victoria.

    • Hi Victoria, All of these photos were in the public voting in August. We were located in the Arts Market for a week – and 2,400 people voted which was amazing for the photographers who helped on the stand and who are now selling the calendar. I hope you can make it down to Spitalfieds again to see the photos again as they are up until the 19th of October.

  2. Lovely work, and it becomes even more special knowing that these pictures were taken with very basic camera equipment and experience initially. Went to see the exhibition at the London Photo Festival this year, and bought the calendar again this year – it makes a great Christmas gift!

    • Hi Christine,
Thank you for your kind words and your continued support – appreciated! Yes, that’s why we hope Londoners will be right behind this calendar, as like you say, it makes the perfect Xmas gift. Totally original images from a disposable camera(!), great stories behind each one, and designed & printed in London! Not many, if any, calendars are printed locally. And a great British professional body (The Royal Photographic Society) supporting it. It gives the photographers immense pride. Thank you again ….!

  4. I have some of mary vallelys great art work. And would like to view Marys new work.

    • Hi Roy,
Thanks for your kind comments. I’m sure Mary would be over the moon to hear that 🙂
We recently had our Arts Market Week at Spitalfields whereby Cafe Art gave Mary an entire stall to herself to display and sell her new artworks. I hope you managed to visit it then. If not, do not worry and I can contact Mary on your behalf. Do you mind me giving your email address to her?
