More detail about the process
We will send you a pdf with available art. Most of it is rented in 12-month agreements and we will know several months ahead whether the client would like to rent and same art again or switch for some new art.
Currently most of the art are large pieces painted on canvas but we do have some sculptures and we also rent and sell the MYLONDON photos.
We work with artist Federico Gallo, an independent art facilitator working with a number of homelessness sector charities including a large homeless hostel in Camden Town.
Federico works with people who have experienced homelessness and attend his art group and helps prepare them to rent and sell their artwork.
Artwork is installed by The Blank Space, a professional installation company. They give us generous daily rates to install the art. Our relationship with The Blank Space began in 2023 - before then we installed the art ourselves, but as the art grew in size we decided on a more professional approach to this part of the business.

Artist profiles
Raha Faranaz
Iranian born Raha has lived in London for 20 years and worked in NHS for 15. As a qualified midwife, she had delivered babies at candlelight in her native Iran.
After a crisis when Raha lost her accommodation she came into the homelessness hostel and discovered the art studio where she spent 6 years evolving into a confident artist with a strong personal style and language. She is our best seller so far, and a pleasure to work with.
Lewis Austin
"I think of my Art as life itself, a rich tapestry of thoughts, fantasies, hopes, dreams and fears all woven together to create a collage of dramatic impermanence. In my work I explore the dichotomies of life, the nuances of Human behaviour, the polarities of life and death, chaos and stillness, loss and gain, surrender and control."
Michelle Brennan
Michelle say art helped her hold on to her dreams "of being able to return to a life where I could live well and be a musical and creative person again. I could get my life back."
