John Burton captured the spire of St Augustine, as seen from St Paul’s Cathedral. John goes to Margins, run by the Union Chapel on Upper Street in Islington. He says he’s London born and raised, growing up in Dalston and Highbury. “I’ve always had a passion for photography but it’s always been just a hobby. I like to call myself the ‘sunset chaser’ because I’m always cycling around London trying to find the best spots around my city. I take them on my phone. It’s personal. I found that during lockdown it was a way of keeping focused and trying to find new spots around my city that I’d never seen before.” March in 2024 MYLONDON calendar.
